This restaurant opened in May of 2007. The prices are approximate by plate size and weight. First, choose your main dish - which will come along with the staple of Dominician food the pigeon pea (gandules) and rice. Choices change daily but might include stewed chicken, oxtail, whole snapper cooked in coconut milk or other tasty dishes. Next, add some sides to your main dish choice. Choices may include platanos (fried plantains), fried pork skin, and/or sliced avocados. The sides are generally around $1 each. Finally, take your choices over to a table and enjoy.
