Forest Hills
This neighborhood of Jamaica Plain sits between 2 things that share its name - the Forest Hills station and Forest Hills Cemetery. When the cemetery started this was rural land, but once the elevated railroad station came into the area development started. There are many triple-deckers on the hillside as well as an area of businesses along Washington Street and Hyde Park Avenue.
