Bowditch School Building

The Bowditch School, at one time a vacant municipal building in JP, is now used for affordable housing instead of condo development. In 1990, the Bowditch building opened as a 45-unit rooming housing for previously homeless people.

Dahn Yoga comes from Korea and dates back 5000 years. Many people with chronic health conditions feel like it has significantly helped them. This center offers yoga classes, DahnMuDo (which is martial arts based movement), an intestinal exercise class and a vibration class. Classes start from 7:00 am to 7:40 pm.
