Sumner Hill
Sumner Hill is a national historic district and is one of the best collections of large Victorian homes in Massachusetts. Bounded by Centre Street, Seaverns Street, the tracks of the orange line/railroad and Carolina Street, Sumner Hill includes many types of residences. Besides Queen Anne masterpieces there are some brick rowhouses, 3 lovely churches and the old JP High School (now apartments).
